What diseases can be treated at the Dead Sea?

  1.Skin Diseases:

•      Psoriasis, all of its forms, except for generalized pustulosis.

•   Parapsoriasis.
  
•    Lichen ruber planus.

•    Ichthyosis.

• Acne-simple and conglobate, chronic piodermity.

• Vitiligo

   Optimal treatment time: 4-6 weeks from 15 March till 30 October.

•   Atopic dermatitis, neurodermitis, prurigo.

• The initial stage of scleroderma.

   Optimal treatment time 4-6 weeks throughout the year, except for the period from July till September inclusive. 

2. Joint Diseases:

Polyarthritis, low back pain, osteoarthritis, degenerative joint diseases: arthritis, osteochondropathy; fibromyalgia.

3. Respiratory diseases: bronchial asthma in patients not treated with corticosteroids, chronic obstructive bronchitis, consequences of pneumonia, cystic fibrosis.

4. Diseases of the peripheral nervous system: radiculoneuritis, neuralgia, polyneuropathy.

5. Chronic inflammation of eye tissues - uveitis.

Optimal treatment time 3-6 weeks throughout the year.
