Psoriasis Treatment in our Clinic

As it has already been told, that many chronic diseases (see theList of indications) respond to a climatotherapy in the conditions of the Dead Sea in such a way, so that a stable and long remission in a clinical course of the skin is achieved.
By taking advantage of medical factors of the health resort and modern resources of classical medicine, we put before ourselves real and attainable goals: expressed improvement of the skin condition till full and long remission of the disease process, considerable reduction of doses - to full cancellation of base medicinal therapy of patients with a serious clinical course - which decreases the danger of becoming an invalid, rising of working capacity and, as a result, leads to improvement of quality of a life of our patients.
       Most of all our patients are Psoriasis suffered, and our experience is based on treating thousands of patients suffering from psoriasis of varying severity.The general treatment program of psoriasis consists from:

•        Visit-acquaintance with the dermatologist and the therapist with studying the actual medical documentation of the patient, an estimation of his filled questionnaire, statement of the diagnosis with an rating of the condition of his skin on a PASI scale  and preparing an individual complex plan of treatment.
•       Skin treatment consists of individually dosed out sea, solar and air baths; applications of moisturizing creams and ointments  which compounding is developed by our dermatologists, and all the medicines, are necessary for achievement of the best results of treatment in optimum terms.
•       The amount of visits to the doctor is not restricted, in average – two visits a week for monitoring the skin condition of the patient and  correction of his treatment.
•      Daily procedures are prescribed with the staff nurse if necessary.
•      In the end of the course of treatment – a final visit with the results calculated on the PASI scale will occur. The patient will receive recommendations for further care of his skin or, if necessary, for treatment of the residuals of the illness.
•      Discharge epicrisis in English will be issued out before departure of the patient.
